Marvest was founded by Marty Martinovich in 1983 and has been a licensed General Contracting firm in the Coachella Valley ever since. Our construction origin was in high end custom homes at exclusive country clubs. Expansion in 2005 led us to the commercial building industry, where we have completed tens of millions of large and small projects. These projects include industrial use buildings, retail spaces, medical offices, churches, bars/restaurants and a vast array of tenant improvements.
